At this stage, Danfeng Capital works with qualified investors on a deal-by-deal basis and does not publicly offer any fund product. Please use the Investor Portal pre-registration channel for specific project conversations.
对投资人有什么资质要求? What investor qualifications are required? +
丹枫资本仅与符合相关法域定义的合格投资人/专业客户(Professional Client)合作。在 UAE,这通常意味着净资产至少 100 万美元(不含主要住所)并具备相应投资经验。具体认定以适用法律为准。
Danfeng Capital works only with investors who qualify as Professional Clients under applicable laws. In the UAE, this typically means net assets of at least USD 1,000,000 (excluding primary residence) and relevant investment experience. Final classification follows applicable regulation.
是否可以购买单个地产项目? Can I buy a specific property through Danfeng Capital? +

We do not sell individual property units through public channels. For genuine project-level interest, please pre-register through the Investor Portal and we will respond one-to-one.
