03信息保留期限
Retention Periods
- 联系咨询数据:默认保留 24 个月。法律法规要求更长保留期的除外。
- 订阅邮件数据:保留至您退订后 90 天。
- 技术日志:保留 12 个月。
- 合规相关记录:依据 UAE AML 法律与中国 PIPL 相关要求,可能保留 5 年。
EN: Contact enquiry data is retained for 24 months by default, except where law requires longer. Subscription data is retained until 90 days after unsubscribe. Server logs are retained for 12 months. AML-related records may be retained for 5 years under applicable law.
04信息共享与跨境传输
Sharing and Cross-Border Transfer
我们不向第三方出售个人信息。在必要的、最小化范围内,您的信息可能由以下服务提供商处理:
- Netlify Forms(联系表单数据,存储于美国)
- Google Workspace(邮件通信)
- Plausible Analytics(匿名访问统计,不追踪个人身份)
如您所在地为中国大陆,您的信息将经必要、最小化方式跨境传输至 UAE 与美国。我们采用标准合同条款(SCC)及加密传输作为安全保障措施,以符合 PIPL 第 38 条与第 39 条对个人信息跨境传输的要求。
EN: We do not sell personal data. Contact-form data is processed by Netlify Forms (stored in the US); email by Google Workspace; analytics by Plausible (anonymous). For users in mainland China, transfers to the UAE and US are minimised and protected by Standard Contractual Clauses and encryption, in line with PIPL Articles 38–39.
